About Me

I’ve been working with clay for over 40 years, and it’s been a constant thread through my life. Along the way, I’ve been an entrepreneur, teacher, mentor and executive arts administrator. I’ve spent 14 years helping expand access to the arts and creating spaces to uplift community.

In 2012, I founded Indigo Fire Studio—one of Boston’s first retail clay studio —where I immersed myself in teaching hundreds of students and building a welcoming community of makers. I’ve also been the Business Manager at New Art Center and most recently Executive Director of ArtSpace. Currently I serve on the Board of Lexington Arts & Craft.

These days, you’ll find me in my studio at Western Ave. where I’ve finally carved out time to focus on my ceramics and wellness. My work is functional and meant to be used in everyday life. Click the SHOP option to see the list of shops currently selling my work.

I live in a small countryside town north of Boston with my husband and our dogs. The kids are grown and mostly launched. Outside of work we seek out great food, travel and spend time with family.
